Since May 14,2021 I have spent 75 hours playing Poker at TCH. I have not experienced any negatives. Great staff from the moment you walk in to sign in. All the ladies up front are very nice and helpful. Great staff at the Cashier, at the desk and the card dealers are awesome and friendly/ polite.
I was just told that I did not pick up my bonus money from a week ago which I won. Manager handed me my bonus which I had no idea about and that was very impressive by TCH group to pay attention to. I am pleased and recommend TCH.
