Dingy and not an inspiring place to play good poker. By far the worst of the 6 places I tried on the Strip, and the only one I would not play again. It's good if you like 80s music, because it is piped in nearby loud enough to sing along. The cookies were a nice touch. Actually, the cookies were the best thing about the room.
Absolutely awful when I played, which was a weekday during the day. Several players who had never played poker before and the rest were pretty bad except one older gentleman who was obviously a regular. The players were so bad I had no fun. The game slowed to a crawl and I lost patience waiting for the newbies to act, post their blinds, decide whether to fol their 9 2 o, etc. On top of that my careds were awful. I didn't stay long. Maybe my experience was worse than usual, but I did not enjoy my time there very much (and it is hard for me to not enjoy poker!).
A few of the dealers had to fight their understandable frustration with the inexperienced players. More misdeals than other rooms.
The room was not busy and I only had a coke and didn't stay for too long.
The management was friendly and responsive.
Didn't ask. I am rating comps as average if I didn't attempt to get them.
