Competition is definitely good for the players, but if they want to stay competitive and keep players coming back, they need to address a few key issues:
1. Progressive Slowing Down the Game – The progressive feature is a nice touch, but it’s seriously slowing down the pace of the game. Streamlining how it’s handled would make the experience much smoother.
2. Change the Felt to a Different Color – Switching the current felt to a fresh, vibrant color would improve the look and feel of the table, making the gaming experience more inviting.
3. Fix the Card Shufflers – The card shufflers are inconsistent and sometimes malfunction, which disrupts the flow of the game and frustrates both dealers and players. Reliable shufflers are a must to keep the game moving.
4. More Floor Presence – They need more floor staff available to address issues and keep things running smoothly. Having more floors would help improve customer service and game efficiency.
Fixing these issues would make a big difference in the overall experience and give them an edge in the competitive market.
