I have been coming to the Orleans for years all all of our trips. The last 2 times we came and played in tournaments. This past week we were seated in the overflow area. The tables are not clean, mine actually had a hole in the felt right in front of me. The chairs are absolutely terrible. To give them a 1 out of 10 would be generous. The tournament is as a turbo. The dealers were just awful. Not all, but better that half had no idea what they were doing. They ate up 8 mins of each blind level just being incompetent. I spoke to a manager and she couldn't care less. Save yourself the uber ride there and stay away.
