I've never seen such bad customer service and attitudes from a majority of the people who work there. At silks the customer is always wrong!!. The servers grab the tips, like they are doing us a favor with a half hearted thank you. Quit a few dealers are the same way. No management and the inmates are running the asylum. Majority of the staff in the Poker room who are dealers and servers act like they are the CEO of IBM. besides myself experiencing bad service and verbal abuse, I've seen it handed down to World War II veterans and customers old enough to be their grandparents. Very sad! The people who respect the customers and work really hard and you know who you are. This does not pertain to you as you guys are Awsome!! but maybe those people are big shots at IBM as they usually standing around the bar talking instead of serving drinks.
Can someone teach these workers customer service
We don't owe these workers anything. If they were afraid of losing job, I assure you the customer service would improve.
P.S. might be time to get some new blood in there.
