Best room appearance on the Strip. Lots of room between tables, so not bumping into other players like Bellagio. Tables are good quality, chairs are comfy and adjustable. Big space, well-located by the main floor and near the sports book, so plenty of traffic and plenty of games. Even late night there are usually 3-6 tables going.
Played mostly the 1-2Nl, with a session on the 2-5NL. Over the course of five days, probably had six sessions. Typical table would have 1-3 solid players, 3-5 average players, and 2-4 drunken fish. Not as tough as Bellagio, about the same as MGM.
Errors were rare, most dealers were friendly. Plenty of chip runners around to get re-buys and handle fills to mnimize delays.
Service was generally fast. Can get top shelf stuff (for me, Patron tequila on the rocks), or a strawberry julius. Graveyard shift waitress (Tiffany) has to be the friendliest, most eager to please waitress ever, went out of her way to get me a mojito at 3:30 a.m., and a newspaper at 5;00 a.m.
Lists are computer run and displayed. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a game, usually got right on a table. Only saw a few rules issues, all seemed to be resolved correctly. I did have my chips picked up when I went to breakfast (seemed kinda quick), but manager was friendly about returning the chips and my hat to me (after clearing with security, obviously).
I think it was $1/hr/ for 1-2NL and $1.50/hr. for 2-5NL. Played enough to get two free meals at the Grand Luxe cafe (great food!), probably have some credit leftover. No HHJ or BBJ, but I prefer not to have them anyway.
