We all understand that Mother Nature has caused the poker room to be unusable for the time being. Nobody's fault. What we can't understand is the lack of communication regarding the reopening timeline.
Us poker players are a funky bunch, we can't stand not knowing. If the plan is reopen on a certain date then great. If the plan is temporary relocation starting on a certain date then great. But after two weeks hearing nothing but stay tuned to our social media channels is not ideal. I actually feel sorry for the official social media person having to post the same non answer every time someone asks about the poker room.
Plenty of games currently spread at WinStar are already fragile enough, they can't handle losing any more players. But the longer the uncertainty goes on, the greater the chance those games will never return.
Please just give us some information. And hopefully the dealers have been given the opportunity to work other games during this time.
