Obviously the room is in great condition. There is a lot of action and it has a great atmosphere. The tables are nine seaters and there are no drink holders so you have to use the little tables. I liked the look and the feel.
Overall I would say there were far more experienced or disciplined players than the average 4/8 table. (I am not a high stakes guy yet). Of course there was the Ipod, low hat, stare you down for a $4 bet guy at every table. But there were not as many there as other places. I did not notice a large percentage of bad calls, second pair all the way down kind of stuff. I was only there during the afternoon (2-6) so things may change up at night. In my opinion it would not be an ideal room for a beginner.
Nothing stood out so that means there were no screw ups or problems. No dealers personality stood out but they kept the game moving quickly. Yah a personality is alright but I prefer a quick,well managed game.
It is all true. He hires some of the best looking servers and the drinks are premium alcohol on request. The man knows how to do it right and I respect that.
Ya know, it took a little to long to open another 4/8 table but other than that it was smooth sailing. Management has mastered the computerized list and they were friendly and professional.
I heard it is $1 an hour with your Wynn Players card. This is average. The poker rate for the hotel during the week is $129 which is outstanding for this property. That rate requires 6 hours of play. No high hands, bad beats etc. You are here for the game not the carnival draw outs for your hands you had no business chasing after the flop!
