This room is the best in vegas in terms of layout and luxury. Only Bellagio gives it a run for it's money. I would like to see the room placed in a higher action casino area because thats the type of ambience I enjoy. However, unlike Bellagio, which has near perfect room placement, the Wynns room is tucked away in a corner by the Ferarri store/dealership, which is by the way phenominal. Tables chairs chips ambience, all supurb.
Im a creative, younger, psychological player who focuses on reads and the human side of the game. Naturally I play no limit (2-5) and as you have read in other reviews, sat next to a bunch of locals at my table during the day. Befriended a very nice woman who lives in Henderson, NV, and is a regular. Later we walked and talked together (roughly 3pm) and she gave me tbhe dirt on the room, which was very well appreciated. The long and short: unless you want older, local rocks, stay away until 8 to 10 pm. About this time is when the more welathy guests of the hotel and other tourists come to play, and the action (at 2-5nl) can get pretty fast furious, and large. Play a solid, creative game and focus on reads and you can walk away with 2000 in an hour or two. But one mustnt be afraid to run a bluff with very large bet sizes. When you get deep stacked- push with large amounts if your read is correct. The average wynn guest/player at night thinks little of a 1200$ pot. Usually (since 100's are allowed in play) most of the players will have a stack of hundreds behind their chips. Never count this money out. It is in play.
Every aspect of the staffing is phenominal.
