The room was amazing. 9-handed tables with decent personal space and comfortable chairs. One of the things that bothered me about the Bellagio is walking through the room -- you couldn't without bumping into other players because everyone was jammed in. The reason I didn't give it a '5' is that there were only 2 30/60 games and 1 60/120 game. The list was quite long for both during my stay.
I played mostly 30/60 and 60/120 limit and 40/80 mixed. The mixed game was actually very tough. That game consists of some of the skilled players from the Bellagio. The limit game had a really good mix of players -- maybe leaning more toward the weaker side.
I saw two altercations between a player (who is a local) and two different dealers. The player was being a real jerk about something (same thing in both cases) and the dealers were trying their best not to lose it. I thought the dealers/mgmt could have done a better job on handling the situation both times. Other than that no mistakes and said thank you on receiving tokes.
Ridiculously hot waitresses for the most part. Very friendly too. Drinks were what you'd expect and the time interval in which they made their rounds were better than average. The wait staff that brought the food were exceptionally good. Very fast service in that regard and very friendly.
I never got a good vibe from management. They did the seating and the chip running. I, generally, tip the management pretty well but they didn't seem that out going/friendly. I miss the Mirage mgmt in this regard but the Wynn is better than the Bellagio. On a positive note, I questioned the floorman about a decision that was made and he didn't get defensive but rationally explained to me his decision which at first didn't agree with but afterwords understood and believed he had made the correct decision.
I never paid for anything while I was playing there. At the time, they were trying really hard to compete with the Bellagio and were offering some really great stuff. I had some pretty pricey meals that they took care of which I in-turn passed on to the staff. I wonder how long they will keep that up.
