Dealers, managers etc are genuinely nice, welcoming, efficient and professional. But poker etiquette isn't always enforced. Family pass chips to each other at the table. People speak non English at the tables. They don't enforce the show one, show all rule. I've seen a young staff member come in stoned and reeking of pot. The tourney entry fees are huge. And a couple of the regulars are soulless jerks.
