Dealers are competent and deal quickly/ efficiently. Staff is friendly. Time cards are a plus over other poker rooms in Austin. Other poker rooms either have you play for time at the end, which can be a pain. Or you buy time chips up front, which I personally dislike because sometimes I want to leave earlier than I originally planned.
