Looks nice and good actions on certain nights. However, on 12/5 the poker room manager was a narcissist and could use some customer service training. I had an issue with how they re-solved a mistake only to find out I was wrong when I looked it up. Had management just said that my dealer made a mistake, apologize and tell me about the policy it would have been done. Instead, he denied and refused to call it the dealers fault while aggressively coming at me with attitude. It got as petty as making fun of my mother. Very weird. I used to visit often. The other staff are very friendly. The dealer made an honest mistake while dealing with a drunk. This could have been avoided had the manager not felt superior, apologized and spoke with me about the policy. I had to look it up and the hand was handled correctly. I don't feel comfortable going to this location. I will be traveling further to avoid this individual.
