Where do I Start? First time at Borgata. I'll give props where they are deserved. The property is amazing! First class! Thought the food was sub par. Now to the poker. I would say most of the floor staff was rude and unprofessional. Any questioned that was asked about the room or promotions, you got this look like you had three eyes. The atmosphere was right down pathetic. I'm not from the area, but if this is the way people conduct themselves in this area, don't think I'll be back. Asked several of the staff if this was normal? She replied, "actually, this weekend has been calm". I love people. And I feel like I can engage most people in some sort of conversation. But in this environment. The floor management needs to grow some "you know what" and take control of the room. Had always heard about the "tough" people from this area, and I accept that. Toughness and being plain rude is not the same thing. Oh, back to poker. I thought the promotions were kind of lame. Also, comps. Played all day, no comps showed up. I asked a supervisor, he about took my head off. Can't you read the signs the read "please have floor to update our comps after your session is through". Wtf!
