been coming here 20 years. some of the best staff of any poker room. dealers are consistently great and fast. consistently great games, especially on the weekends. given the nature of its prominent and central location in new orleans, there are always different players coming through. for NLH, 1-3 plays like 2-5 on most tables. weekends there will be multiple PLO tables. occasional 5-10-25 PLO. 5-10 NLH usually gets going when busy. serious players can do really well here against the constant influx of tipsy and other types of tourists. but beware of several highly skilled locals who feast regularly on weaker players.
4 stars mainly because they strictly enforce a no food policy, which is annoying and started during covid and hasn't relented. but the cocktail service is very steady. their promos and comps also kinda suck, but they have steady business and don't need them.
