My issue after playing for 7 hrs and having a good time I got angled by an old reg who is a horrible human to put it mildly. When I realized what happened after maybe 1 min. I ask the dealer if angling is tolerated and would not get an answer from Jim. As you know they are unionized and instead of answering me he takes a sissy fit and calls the chef saying I'm abusing him (lmao). Chef (Georges) comes and asks me to wait on the side. Np I wait and wait...
30 min later I had to find him. I thought he was reviewing the video but he did absolutely nothing. He never asked me my version and wouldn't let me try to explain to him my version.
I got booted for the night was his great remedy. I thought I was playing in a reputable establishment boy was I wrong.
This proved to me that they don't care and if you think they care about protecting the game they DO NOT.
