The guy running it was super rude. I was looking at my phone in between action (not holding up the game at all) and he walks over and says "phone down sir" like three times really mean like with no explanation whatsoever. Then, out of nowhere, with no explanation he came over and he and the dealer started "changing decks." It held up the game for like 15 minutes. There was no explanation whatsoever and when I asked about it, they were rude and acted like it was just a matter of course, that this was a normal thing. I've never seen this happen at any card room before and I've played it a lot of places. I mean, it's a casino. If you need a new deck, just bring a new deck in. You don't literally have to count every card and put all the suits together and so forth and so on. All of this is on top of the fact that they had plexiglass around the table so you couldn't really see your opponents properly and that was just weird. If you have another choice, play somewhere else.
