I have been waiting for someone to take the lobby of a nice e hotel and make a poker room. Very well done with an upcoming new live stream. The 10k opening day freeroll was a good start, though the structure (levels) we a bit rushed. From 1800 bb / 1800 bba jumped to 3k / 3k.
For the most part the dealers were on point, just 2 dealers I played with had issues. The first needs a lesson in math and the other a lesson in tournament poker in Texas.
Floor staff was very knowledgeable and even helped a new first time player extensively.
I'm giving 4 out of 5 because there is room to improve, but in all honesty I think they used this first day to learn and improve from.
Congratulations on a nice event and a great turnout with 135 players for the freeroll.
