Wow, what a great time attending Club JAQK's soft opening weekend...
Booked an overnight stay in Louisville in the hopes of experiencing the newly opened poker club and was NOT disappointed...!
These guys/gals are putting something together that is going to be great for poker players and the poker community. Other than working through minor kinks, as with any new adventure, they have gone ALL-IN to make this the PLACE to play poker in Louisville. Everything is new and catered to playing poker. Even had a chance to play in their established live stream area both days with each stream improving as they continued to work through unexpected technical issues.
Last but not least, the hospitably that was shown to me and every other poker player during those two days I was there was wonderful. They were very nice, accommodating to everyone, and did what they could to make players feel welcome and to insure everyone enjoyed themselves.
Still some work to be done as they will only get better, but if they continue to build with what they have started this place is going to be the place you would want to play poker at. For me, when I make the trip East to play, I will go a few extra miles to play here...
