After hearing about how a potential tournament overlay was nullified by giving $165 tourney tickets out for free, I will not play any more poker here. This is not how guarantees work in tournaments. BUT. I will offer some advice: put out a statement here and on social media acknowledging your mistake. It's already a month late to be getting out ahead of this, but as a tournament player I would at least consider playing here again, IF Derby tries to make it right. Promise us that guarantees will be upheld going forward. I think players will be more forgiving if Derby agrees that guarantees will hold, even in an overlay.
