When I'm in PDX, I spend a considerable amount of my time at Final Table. Everyone who works there are friendly, the food is actually pretty good and the action is great. Two low-level tourneys per day featuring a most-appreciated glut of call-stations. A solid player should do well with simple ABC play and patience.
The cash games run the gamut..as usual. Plenty of strong regs on any given day but all kinds of interesting (mostly dead$) characters show up here as well. This place seems to attract that ilk..can't really overstate this, in fact. Needless to say, you *will* be entertained.
