Was in Chicago on business and decided to play poker, The girl answering the phone answered all my questions with professionalism!
When I arrived the list was long but was seated within 40 minutes. The room is the best ran room I've played in. The floor person Michelle made it a point to say hello, indicating she didn't recognize me and knew it was my first time there. When my seat was available she walked me to my seat and advised me of the rules and promotions. It was a very welcoming experience from the Floorperson Michelle, the dealers, and even the regulars at my table. I had a great time and even won a little!! Can't wait for my next business trip to Chicago!
