Had an issue when I was asked to show ID for a transaction that didn't require ID. Instead of telling me "This transaction looks suspicious", they made up a rule that doesn't exist.
Submitted 2 complaints that took over 4 months to get answers. The official answer is that Great
Canadian Gaming's policy is that their staff is allowed to make up any rules and any time that they think is appropriate.
I am not okay trusting a casino with thousands of dollars when they are allowed to make up rules and lie to customers about it.
