Worst poker room in North America BY FAR. Let's start with the ridiculous rake, (10%, $20 max) is robbery. But it's ok right? They'll give out free stuff? @#$% no! Small bottle of water $2.55, want a lemon wedge with your water $2.55 (not kidding).
The tables are wobbly, the chips are filthy, the dealers are subpar. The floor? Some of the rudest casino staff I've ever seen. They accommodate racists and violent people "because they play big".
I get that they have a monopoly on the poker scene in Toronto (Pickering also owned by them), but at least throw the people a bit of bone to justify that INSANE rake.
