Seems all the negative reviews have no effect on management. The problem is people still come and wait hours to play. I do because it's the only poker option for me. All the problems are already listed in the other negative reviews. It's ridiculous that you know that you will have a huge waitlist on Friday and Saturday and not have more dealers/staff to accommodate your customers. Food and drink service is terrible(food doesn't exist). 100 people waiting is unacceptable IMO. 1 waitress to serve 200 people? Come on
