Overall poor player experience.

The biggest issue is the rake. They are charging the same rake for 1/3 no limit and 5/10 no limit where the max buyin is 10 times bigger. 10% up to $20 is way too much for lower stake games.

The majority of the dealers are not good, they only know how to pitch but a lot of them consistently make mistakes after a year. 80% do not know how to control the game. It's okay to talk about your hand in multiway pots at Woodbine. Players always have to intervene when they shouldn't have to because it's the dealers job.

They don't provide any comps and charge for coffee and soda pop. The cost of coffee is more than what Tim Horton's charges.

The game other than the weekend is slowly dying even with the bad beat being extremely high because the rake is eating the game alive and players aren't having a good experience for various rooms.

A legal poker room in Toronto should be thriving but Great Canadian is slowly destroying the poker scene in the Greater Toronto Area.
