Horrible poker room. The table automated shufflers are always broken. The room is always too hot or cold. The staff are trying their best, but say they are not allowed to change TV channels. They are just lazy. Dealers are afraid to control (discipline) players when they are on their phones. The bathroom is like a third-world bathroom, disgusting, dirty, rundown, and no paper towel. It's just a brutal experience. It's disappointing that the casino owners could have made the poker room world class, but instead made it worse than the CNE casino. All the poker players talk about how great the playground poker room is. The dealers, the food, the feel of the room, etc. Everything high quality. The poker room in toronto is just a gong show.
