Tables never cleaned, most dealers seem checked out like Zombies, Rake is insane, huge waiting lists on weekends due to lack of dealers, had to move tables twice due to dirty seats and poor hygiene from certain players, horrible cage management (took the one cashier 8 minutes to count $300 in chips to cash while line to cash extended while cage boss stood behind him and watched) I told him it was unacceptable, he said they were not paid enough and to take it up with General manager, total lack of training (young guy very defensive and and a I don't give a @#$% attitude )
Stay far away from this place as possible .You get 0 respect from anybody at this place .
Card machines constantly malfunction.
And on and on .
