It's obvious that they are only in business due to the fact that there are no other casinos within several hundred miles. Some of the rudest management/floor I've ever encountered (especially one of the women working there making every request difficult). Makes you feel like they're doing you a favor for playing there. Issues with everything: table transfers, taking a 10m+ break gets you kicked off the table, lack of organization with the waitlists, rude attitude towards the players, etc. HIGHEST rake in the country, 1/2 NL unbeatable at $8 rake with no high hands on Fridays/Saturdays to even remotely justify the rake. Dealers are often not focused on the action and discussing how other players played hands/making small talk to the point where they have to be reminded where the action is. Waitress comes by once every 2 hours. Will be taking my business elsewhere to the emerging poker rooms in Georgia. Don't see this room surviving once the new room in Charlotte opens up. Avoid if you have any other option.
