their poker room sucks

Let us see where should I start??? I've tried several times to give this poker room a chance but tonight was the last straw!!!!!! Harrahs poker room has all the poker fixings, chips, tables, the pictures of the poker legends on the wall but doesn't have any finishing touches!!!!! They will make you wait until you are old and gra for a cash game after you bust out the tourney. The tourney where all the donks come to play. But wait there's more, they can't seem to clean up their littered floor of All In magazines. So yours truly will slip and almost fall on their face but thank goodness a player at 3/6 table catches my fall! In the process I hit the drink table have no idea what I hit my arm on an smash my eye glasses into the 3/6 table guy. So since he broke my fall I sit down to a cash game and my arm and leg hurt but I play. No one from the poker room floor cares that I have slipped on their littered floor. I am in awe that no one has said anything and I play their sad 1/3 game because my friends are silll playing and we did make the drive. Anyway I spilled my beer on their poker table accidentally with my jacket sleeve. The floor guy then comes to me and tells me I'm done, really???? $7 beer down the drain, hurt arm, leg, and messed up eyeglasses???? And they are crying about a spilt beer???!!!! Tell me again why Harrahs has a poker room????
