Cleveland is a great market
room is nice but has lots of problems
dealer are getting better but too often not enough or too many....
floor is learning and slowly improving
call in program is good but in property paging is terrible
promotions are very poor....just awful
comps are half Columbus poker room
food and beverage is fine
they need to keep folks not in game out of room...period
tourney plan is good but would prefer the world series play in was not just a main event seat.....would use credits for other events
