2024 Update

The room was closed for Coxid and has now been moved to 6 tables on the casino floor. The loud bands in the bar were relocated also so now just regular casino sounds. Usually, 2 or 3 tables run . 1/3 NL and the 4/8/12 Limit Omaha/Holdem game thats run in S.Louisiana for 20 years.
Action is wild with 1 table turning into a 1/3/6 mandatory straddle a couple of times a week. Dont be surprised to see this feature a $12 double straddle once it gets running but the 12 isnt mandatory.

Thats the good...Here is the bad. 6+2 Rake , 58 deg room temps any night that there is action in the high roller room due to a horribly designed A/C system. Its hard to believe but you will see players wearing Artic coats in a Louisiana poker room.

Pretty friendly atmosphere but if you play the Limit game it does get rowdy at times and be prepared to have every hand analyzed by the seasoned professionals {lol} that love to tell you how bad you played a hand as your raking in a massive pot !!!!

Alcohol is free and the drink machines are still there. Dealers are Ok but management is clueless. Dont bother with any suggestions they will go straight to the nearest garbage can..

After 11pm prepare to starve if you get hungry, next to nothing available,,,

And in case your wondering it IS the ONLY game in town.
