Chairs aren't that comfortable. Dealers are not that good . Talk to much while dealing. Easily distracted. I know of a few dealers with plenty of experience that have auditioned and not been hired. Little tip. If you go for audition try to go first. That way you get a full audition in. I went last and they cut my audition short. I have years of experience. I was the only one who took a rake during the audition. I'm not saying I'm expert but. But I'm a proven professional. I have recently that they only post job openings as a formality. They o n ly dealers from a certain school in town. So if you want a job dealing poker here. Find the dealing school and pay 700 to get a job that can't compete with talking stick.
