The manager there Todd has been there from day 1 and is beyond horrible. He doesn't give a @#$% about the players and is often not even found in room. Tournaments are run poorly. They know they are going to get 20+ players for tournaments yet they only start with 1 table and make players wait as alternates or they get full table for 2nd table..just bizarre considering they have a guarantee. Since Penn National has taken over M Resort it is mind boggling they still have same Poker Room Management there...it is to the point no one plays cash games there anymore...It is sad for the residents of Southern Las Vegas..It is pretty certain by the way the room is handled it will be shut down soon probably after WSOP unless they infuse new management
