The dealers are either rude and inexperienced or just down right helping the regulars and not being shy about it.
i played a $20 rebuy tourney that i put $110 into with the $59 add on at the break and placed 6th and only received $150 so i dint think the ROI was where it should have been but during said tourney the first dealer flipped over just my cards after they hit the muck when no other player asked to see them and told me because i called after the river that was the rule (it was not an all in just a called hand" when i told him that was not the correct ruling he became argumentative and down right rude to me but later the floor confirmed that i was correct and then he decided to apologize while telling me the dealer refused to apologize himself...the second dealer would allow players to show hands to each other then just put them in the muck without showing all players and when i told him that he needed to follow the show one show all rude he then tried to do that but did not everytime. i reminded him twice more before the conversation with the floor which he assured me he would talk to them and try his best to correct the issues.
All and all the floor was very professional and handled my discontent as best he could so he gets 5 stars but the dealers and ROI on tourneys gets 1 star so i suppose 3 stars is appropriate.
cash game after was full of action but i was a tourist to the rounders and that showed with clearly.
they did provide free water and food (i went on taco night)
the place is decent and i might give them another shot in the future because we all know it's hard to find good dealers but for gods sake don't allow them to argue and catch attitudes with the players especially when the player is correct.
