I like the rooms that are in the mix of the casino, not tucked away. So when your not in the hand your can people watch or bird dog girls going to the club. The PH poker room and the mgm give you nice views from the tables. Every poker room needs a private close bathroom!
There were some local grinders and some wild callers you could not get off a hand that was good on the flop and they sucked out on the river playing rags. The same players would test your hands. A good amount of tourists Sat, bust and left it was fun.
They were experienced but stale, they were not working the crowd for tips. They were nice and not nazis on the rules and some missteps in table language, that was cool.
The women were attractive but the service was slow, I was tipping a dollar chip every time and it was still slow. I hope that they are not expecting 5 dollar chips? I tip a dollar at the barbary coast and get a beer every 5 minutes.
It stated off great, I got a good room rate and Kay White was very nice, I played 11 hours qualified for a good room rate, turned in my card. They screwed up and never got my credit balance to check out and it took me 30 minutes to check out to get my credit I was promised. FRUSTRATING big waste of time!! Then the front desk lady lied to me and said I got my credit and I made her call the poker room..... they messed it up!.
Dunno, I played 11 hours and got a 36 dollar credit is that good? the beer was free, a free lunch would of been a nice touch.
