This place is very busy, but it seems to have gone to their heads. Generally the bosses seem irritated to have to interact with players rather than welcoming. I understand the frustration they must experience with players, but maybe they need more staff to help with that.
The comp system is especially bad. I played all day and didn't receive any, even by the night of the next day. I was told that it's managed by a third-party and sometimes delayed. No solution offered, except for to call a number of the third-party, which sounds terrible haha. Comps after you leave aren't really worth anything.
Ultimately a room that is so successful it doesn't bother with even average customer service isn't one I want to spend time in
