By far the worst poker room in Wisconsin. Rake is ridiculous, only have 1 maybe 2 ok dealers. Tournament directors and dealers have no clue on TDA rules, which they say they follow. Can't sustain a cash game. They will open 2 tables and leave them short handed. Staff isn't willing to listen to players unless your a regular, and that's still not always the case. They assume they know it all. Which sad to say not even close to the case. There poker room cash game promotions are the worst I have seen. They may as well not even offer promotions. I strongly believe they will be the next poker room to close down. I give them maybe 8 to 12 months left.
