The poker room is beautiful, easily the best facilities in DFW. The only thing that could improve the room is increasing traffic but management is taking efforts on this front and I believe it will improve over time.
I've seen some reviews regarding service and my only input on that is sometimes the bartender also has to serve or run food which can create a bottleneck. I'm not sure if it's understaffing or other issues but I think having an additional server on the floor would relieve some of these issues.
However, the servers themselves have been stellar. Darby, who started more recently, has been a pleasure to talk and interact with. She absolutely elevated my experience at Palace since she started. Service has been great even at busy times and she has excelled. Imani and Bella have crushed it at the bar as well.
