Not very impressed with my first time here. Got in the free roll and payed xtra for the dealer appreciation. And had to sit out 3 levels cause I made the 10th player. Instead of splitting the table to 5 players apiece. I sat and waited. Not what I wanted to do after driving over 45 minutes to get here. Had to wait till registration closed to sit down. That put me in a loosing position right from the start. Granted I could have opted to purchase more chips but not for a $500 guarantee. Not very customer friendly in my opinion.

First off, I really appreciate you coming out and giving us a shot—especially making that 45-minute drive. I completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to sit through multiple levels before getting into the game. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have, especially on their first visit.
To give a little context, during freerolls and certain tournaments we sometimes hold seating until registration closes to keep the structure fair and avoid disrupting tables mid-level—but I hear you loud and clear that in this case, it didn’t feel customer-friendly.
