The Poker room is CLOSED but they didn't bother to show the closure on Poker Atlas, or the Web site or hotel information. Had we known we would not be staying at the Planet Hollywood. Very rude. Why would they spend an enormous amount of money to build a new huge poker room, close it, and irritate their clients by not showing closure. Last try - will never go back to PH
