Not enough dealers. Sometimes feel like it's an old boys club and not too inviting of new members. There's a lot of favoritism when it comes to rule interpretations. They have four owners and three of them are not involved. One of the non involve owners get himself into most of the cash games and seems to always come out victorious. Definitely a lot of conspiracy.
