Its Crazy how everyday on the radio i hear about how important the experience at playground is but when me & another long time loyal customer got the bad beat 2 weeks ago (4 jacks over 4 sevens) we both left there devastated with the worst experience ever & with zero money in our pockets, i do understand we missed it by 1 number but the fact that they lowered it from #8 to # 7s one week later just makes this even harder to swallow... not only that i also left that night having to pay for my food but Im probably never gonna get over this nightmare... any sign of appreciation would have made this feel better but unfortunately thats not how it happened.
