I play at this place since 2012 and it use to be very good with very good customer service but now days in 2025 the dealers are incompetent, they are spending more time talking to players about random stuffs then paying attention to the game and when you call the floor on them for mistakes they says they gonna fix it with them but that doesn't make up do the money you lose in the game because of the deals not paying attention. For ex, today I stradlled under the gun but the dealer who was busy talking to someone else on an other table didn't see it. After the action came back to me the dealer didn't one time me my option. I had to call for 2$ instead of the option that I should've had for a 5$ straddle with my AK. When I called the flood he protected the dealer and said I should've been louder.
