The room is well runned with great dealers and tournament managers. i usually only play special tournies when I go because of the long drive i need to make to get there.However,I would go more often if only the rake was not so @#$% high in cash games. The only profitable time to go play cash games is when big tournament series come to town,such as the wpt,other than that dont go,the rake is really bad(at least you get good quality free food and drinks). To sum it up,The food is good, service is fast,dealers are great,tourny structures are good and tables are clean.In quebec,it's the best poker room you will find in the province.
