Playground has set the bar high for poker rooms. The rake is a bit steep (compared to Alberta and US) but still much better than Ontario casinos.
The level of customer service is where they knock it out of the park. Fantastic experience each and every time. All staff (supervisors, dealers, servers) are very customer-centric. Plus free food and drinks!
By far, my favourite place to play.
