This casino is the worst casino I have ever been to, in terms of service. The poker chips are dirty. Food is terrible, food service is slow. There are many rules that make zero sense at the poker table. The process of grievances is absurd. It is a certainty that your grievance will not be resolved in a timely fashion, or in a satisfactory way.
