Visiting Austin for work and had a friend tell me about the new room. It's been going about a month on a soft open, with its official Grand Opening in March.
Wednesday night was really busy with 5-6 tables running in the evening. A good mix of Hold'em, PLO, and ROE. Game sizes from 1-1 PLO up to 5-5-10 PLO. Thursday afternoon was much quieter as the Promo for flushes was the lower amount. Only had the left over 5-5-10 PLO still running, and a table of 1-2 Hold'em, but this isn't surprising as they are still relatively new.
All the working folks there are super nice, Dealers are solid, Floors are good and personable. Service is top notch....both for food and even a couple of massage folks (thanks Natalie!)
Overall I'm impressed by the space, really good restaurant and bar, and the people. Players are your typical Austin Texas action, so no worries about boring games!
