One of the worst run rooms in Canada, the floor staff give preferential treatment to the regulars. I tabled a hand only to have the dealer muck it (it was the winning hand) when I called the floor staff to deal with it and look back on the cameras I was told that I'm responsible for calling my own hand. I've been playing for over 20 years across the world and have never heard of this made up rule.
