I took months off from this poker room because the house people and dealers seem to have serious attitude problems and direct them towards players. The gm also didn't have a clue what was even going on in the casino or that it's been a constant issue for about a year. I am tired of being mistreated by a certain group of people at the casino. Also, both outside doors were held wide open so all the cigarette smoke from the smoke pit fills up the poker room. So the house person in charge of that heard me say I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and I need those doors shut or I'll start coughing and choking and spitting up phlegm, and nobody wants to see that. House person didn't even acknowledge the security and safety measures had been removed from the poker room doors. Was this approved by your safety department? I mean anyone could just run into the poker room and hold up the cage for cash? Don't really know what kind of casino atmosphere your trying to establish but I recommend anyone go to Yellowhead or River Cree before visiting the Argyl location.
